The Craig Hickson Landing and Pathway
On 20 August 2026, Hastings Boys’ High School unveiled the Craig Hickson Landing and Pathway Legacy Project “Te Ara Ātea.”Funded through the HBHS Foundation by a dedicated donation from HBHS Old Boy Mr Craig Hickson.
This project celebrates the enduring connection between our past, present, and future. The ceremony began with an official blessing by our Kapa Haka Rōpū and concluded with a shared breakfast. We were honoured to be joined by Mr Craig Hickson and his wife Penny, HBHS Old Boys' Association Chairman Mr Barry Rosenberg, Presiding Member Mrs Tania Henare and members from South Pacific Landscapes including their Director Mr Julian Peach.
We’d like to thank everyone who helped make this occasion so special.
